1. After purchasing or activating your tour, the “Start Tour” button appears. Tap “Download” to download the tour for offline use. The “Download” button is located just above “Start Tour.” We recommend using Wi-Fi or a stable internet connection.
Next, please choose how you want to experience the tour:

Navigation Mode — use this if you are physically at the location or heading heading to the tour location.

Virtual Mode — choose this if you want to explore the tour from anywhere.
2. You can begin at the recommended Start Point, or choose any other point from the list - the app adjusts the tour accordingly.
3. The map guides you to the tour’s starting point using GPS.
Simply follow the route displayed on the screen.
4. Once you reach the location, press Start to begin the narration.
You will see:

Your current location
-
The active point of interest
-
The tour path
Use the control panel to pause/play, skip, or rewind any part of the narration.
5. The route colours help you understand your progress:

Saffron or Orange Line – The part currently being narrated
-
Turquoise Line – The path yet to be covered
If you walk ahead, just wait for the narration to catch up.
If you fall behind, narration resumes automatically when you reach the next point.
